Rural Utilities Service
Skip this if your area wasn't hit by a 2022 disaster or isn't in a designated disaster county. If your water project isn't related to disaster damage, this won't apply. Confirm disaster designation with your Rural Development office before proceeding.

You don't qualify if you're a for-profit business, farm operation, or private individual. If your facility isn't in a disaster-declared rural area, or the damage wasn't from a presidentially declared disaster, skip this. Confirm with your Rural Development office.
FY23 Evaluation Monitoring Program
Forest Service
Skip this if you don't have forest or woodland acreage, or if your land is purely pasture or cropland. Also pass if you're not interested in formal monitoring and evaluation activities.
