Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: June 1, 2026
FarmGrant is free for farmers, and it stays free because the site is supported by advertising and affiliate partnerships. This page explains how that works, in plain terms.
Display advertising
We show third-party display ads on FarmGrant pages through advertising networks (for example, Google AdSense). These networks, not FarmGrant, decide which ads you see, and they may use cookies to show ads relevant to you. Ad blocks on our pages are clearly separated from our content and labeled as advertising.
Affiliate links
Some links on FarmGrant are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, FarmGrant may earn a small commission, at no additional cost to you. We only link to products and services we believe are genuinely relevant to farmers and ranchers. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" and, where shown in context, labeled as affiliate links.
Our promise on independence
- Our USDA grant, subsidy, and market data is never influenced by advertisers. Sponsored content and ads are always separate from our editorial and government data.
- We do not, and will not, charge farmers contingency or success fees for grants or subsidies. The data and tools on FarmGrant are free.
- We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled and your choices.
